Licences are available for as many users as you need. A software licence grants an organisation permission to install a specified number of copies of a program within a particular building site or district.
What Comes with a Software Licence?
If a CD-ROM is not needed to run the program, each licence includes only one copy of the CD-ROM and manual for all multi-user licences up to 49. For example, a 20-user licence includes one manual and one CD-ROM with a permission grant that allows you to install it on the hard drives of 20 computers.
Licences of 50 or more receive 10% extra CDs and manuals.
If a CD-ROM is needed to run the software program, the licence includes one CD-ROM for each computer licensed and one manual. One electronic manual is included on the CD-ROM to allow you to print as many copies of these manuals up to the number of licensed copies if you require them.
