The Texthelp company provides a number of economical multi-user licensing options for Read&Write 5 GOLD for MAC

1. SINGLE USER LICENCE
This licence allows the program to be installed on a single computer. It allows an unlimited number of users to log in and save their own settings and preferences. This option is useful for a computer which needs to be shared by multiple students requiring differing levels of support from the program.
2. UNLIMITED SCHOOL SITE LICENCES
- 2a. Primary School Site Licence
This licence option is available only to Primary Schools (Years K/1 to 7). It is not available to schools providing secondary schooling (Years 8 to 12). The purchaser may install as many or as few single user or network copies of the software, including scanning and MP3 units, within the physical confines of the purchaser’s Primary School campus. This option does not allow for sharing of the licence across schools.
The licence also covers installation of the software on laptops owned by the school. If students log in offsite to access the school server and all software licensed to the school, this licence also allows students to access the program under this arrangement. However, if installation is required on laptops owned by students for use as standalone machines not logging into the school server, a School and Home Site Licence will need to be purchased.
Includes a single DVD-ROM which gives you the option to install the program however you wish on networked or stand alone computers within your school – with or without scanning options within the conditions of the licence. Includes additional manuals for distribution throughout the school.
The network version enables the software to be placed on a network and any other stand alone machine on the site. This allows all users on the site access the software. Each individual can save their own settings and defaults, and gain access to these on any computer on the site. This also allows educators to assess how individual students are progressing.
- 2b. High School Site Licence
This licence option is available to schools offering secondary schooling (Years 8 to 12). This licence covers installation of the program on all computers owned by the school – including laptops owned by the school. It also covers installation of the program on all laptops owned by students attending the school for the duration of their attendance at the school (provided that the school is responsible for the administration of the Site Licence and removal of the Texthelp Systems Ltd program(s) on cessation of each students’ attendance at the school).
- 2e. Special School Site Licence
This licence option is available only to Special Schools offering secondary schooling (Years 8 to 12) or providing a combination of primary and secondary schooling (Years K/1 to 12). The purchaser may install as many or as few single user or network copies of the software within the physical confines of the purchaser’s campus. This option does not allow for sharing of the licence across schools.
The licence also covers installation of the software on laptops owned by the school. - 3a. Further Ed All Sites Licence
This licensing option allows for the unlimited installation of the program on stand alone computers or on any network within any campus of a Higher Educational Establishment, eg. University or College of TAFE. The purchaser may install an unlimited number of copies of the software, including scanning and MP3 units, within any campus, and on any computer or laptop used by the staff and students (provided that the Institute is responsible for the administration of the Licence and removal of the Texthelp Systems Ltd program on cessation of each user’s attendance and/or employment at the Institute).

It also covers installation of the program on all laptops and desktops owned by students attending the institution for the duration of their attendance at the institution (provided that the institution is responsible for the administration of the Site Licence and removal of the Texthelp Systems Ltd program(s) on cessation of each students’ attendance at the institution).
4. OTHER NETWORK LICENCE
