Sensor Switch by Don Johnston
by Don Johnston Inc
An extremely sensitive switch activated by controlled small-muscle movement
Extra sensitivity includes more students – allowing them to learn switch use and experience control.
The Sensor Switch is for students with minimal movements. The adjustable sensitivity detects the tiniest muscle movements. Position the sensors on forehead, eyebrow, finger or any muscle. Accidental switch activation due to unintended movements can be prevented with the delay feature. Students can use one or two sensors with the Sensor Switch.
Three switch modes are available : momentary, latch and timed (from 2 to 40 seconds) – allowing the student to work on a variety of tasks.
Runs on 9-volt battery. For devices not exceeding 1 Amp.
Includes battery, two sensors, one headband, and two 1/8” (3.5mm) plug cables. Replacement sensors are available.
Sensor is 2.5cm (1”) in diameter. Control box size is 6.6cm x 11.2cm (2.6” x 4.4”).
