Designed to mount electronic communication devices on walkers and wheelchairs with round tubular frame, the Sensitrac Walker and Wheelchair Mount is a quick-and-easy mounting option for many communication devices including:

General Features

• Designed for mounting on walkers and wheelchairs with round tubular frame
  
• Includes Super Clamp with 3x Metal Grip Teeth
  Note: When mounting, please ensure all 3 teeth plates on the Super Clamp contact the walker or wheelchair tube at all times for secure grip and safety. View images of Super Clamp with 3x Metal Grip Teeth.
  
• Locking on/off Slider System on end of arm holds devices and once unlocked allows them to slide on/off without changing access angle
  
• Arm can be adjusted 360° around over the clamp
  
• Arm can be adjusted 180° up and down
  
• Adjust by hand, no tools necessary

There are two models available:

• Sensitrac Walker and Wheelchair Mount with 10cm Arm
  • For walkers and wheelchairs with round tubular frame
    
  • Features 10 cm (4”) extension arm
    
  • Holds device weighing up to 4.5 kg (10 lbs)

    Important note: For safety reasons, only use the 10cm Arm model with the walker. Do not use the 17cm Arm model on a walker, as this model brings the device too close to the upper body and the longer extension can increase the risk of tipping the walker over.

  • For wheelchairs with round tubular frame
    
  • Features 17 cm (7”) extension arm
    
  • Holds device weighing up to 3.6 kg (8 lbs)

    When used on a tubular wheelchair frame, both the 10cm Arm and the 17cm Arm mounts can be used because of the increased stability of the wheelchair.

Velcro LOOP Pad and Slider System

1. Attach the included Pad of Velcro LOOP to the back of the device
2. Slide slider up and off the Arm
3. Attach slider to the Velcro LOOP on back of device
4. Slide device onto the Desk-Tray Arm mounting plate and lock it.

Additional Pads of Velcro LOOP and Sliders are available at extra cost so that you can use the same Sensitrac Desk Mount to mount different devices.

Slider with DAESSY Base

This slider with a DAESSY base can be used to mount devices (such as DynaVox Vmax, DynaVox V, DynaVox M3, DynaWrite, DynaVox DV4, DynaVox MT4, MightyMo, MiniMo) that have a DAESSY mounting plate (a metal plate) attached to the back, on any Sensitrac Slider-Based Mounting Systems such as the Sensitrac Mounts for Walkers and Wheelchairs.

The Daessy base is securely attached to the Slider with screws plus Velcro for extra strength. The Slider slides on/off and locks just like normal.
