Replacement CD-ROMs for Boardmaker, Boardmaker Plus!, Speaking Dynamically Pro, and Boardmaker with Speaking Dynamically Pro version 6 are available should yours become lost or stolen.

The manufacturer no longer provides replacement CD for version 5 of any of the Boardmaker Software Family products. You would need to purchase an upgrade to the current version of Boardmaker Software Family if your version 5 CD is lost or stolen.

If the CD is damaged please return your Damaged CDs along with a purchase order for a replacement CD.

The price is the same for either the Windows or Mac version of the CD. You can not replace one platform with another, but only with the original platform you purchased.

Please note:

• Lost CDs: Replacement CD is available one time only for each licensed copy of the Boardmaker Software Family.
• Proof of purchase of original software is required at time of order. Acceptable proofs of purchase are:
  • The original software CD that is damaged
  • The Registration Number on the original software CD
  • A copy of the purchase invoice of the original software
• Lost or Damaged CDs: Proof of purchase of original software and reason for requesting replacement are required at time of placing order.
• Customers are strongly advised to record the Registration number on the front of the damaged CD prior to sending in the CD to us; and please also use Registered Mail so tracking information is available.

Product documentation is supplied in electronic format on CD with all copies of the Boardmaker, Boardmaker Plus or Boardmaker with Speaking Dynamically Pro programs. Printed manuals are no longer supplied.
