For beginners, wait till the moles poke their heads up and just roll the mouse pointer over them to pop them back into their holes.
Once skills have developed in controlling the action of the mouse, the user can be given the additional task of using the mouse button to click the moles away.
Develop speed and accuracy by trying to beat the clock and increasing the number of moles.
