The Nintendo Wii is a revolutionary console for interactive games. But there is a lot more to the console than just playing games.

This presentation will explore how you can use the Wii Game Console for an abundance of learning activities without ever putting a game in it! We will explore the use of functions such as the various channels that the Wii can access including the Mii Channel, Weather Channel, News Channel, Voting Channel and the Photo Channel. We will also explore some games that add even more functionality to the console to support learning for a diversity of students in our classrooms.
