Conference Program and Session Selections

As we’ve been promising, session selections for the Inclusive Learning Technologies Conference 2012 are back!

If you were one of our early birds and have registered already an email was sent to you on the 9th January giving you instructions on how to select your sessions. If you haven’t received this email please contact us on conference@spectronicsinoz.com and we’ll organise another email for you straight away. Please note that this is optional. If you don’t want to pre-select and just wish to “wing it” while at the conference that will be fine!

It’s important to know that no session selection changes will be possible “onsite” at the conference. Of course, you can change your mind about your preferred sessions while at the conference – as many people do once they have enjoyed a particular presenter and wish to learn more from them – but we are not able to make changes for you. If there is room in the session after all delegates who have booked a place are in the room, you will be more than welcome to join the session. But some will be booked out and only those who have selected the session will be able to attend those presentations.

What will be different at the 2012 Conference?

  • Four new Keynote Presenters!
  • A MUCH bigger conference venue allowing room for you to move around easily, and to be able to comfortably fit into the rooms for your preferred sessions.
  • Bigger hands-on Windows and Apple Mac Laptop Labs
  • Addition of a hands-on iPad lab too!

Highlight sessions that match your area(s) of interest

Finding it hard to decide which sessions are best for you to attend? To make your session planning easier, just click on one of the checkboxes below to automatically highlight all sessions which include content relevant to the selected area of interest. Or if you click on several checkboxes, all of the sessions relevant to those areas will be highlighted.

Pre-booking of sessions is back! But it will be optional. If you want to "pre-select" the sessions you wish to attend, you will be able to do so in EARLY JANUARY 2012. This will ensure you have a guaranteed place in your preferred sessions and will help us to work out which sessions need to be allocated bigger rooms. If you don't want to pre-select and just wish to "wing it" while at the conference, that will be fine too.

Want to select your sessions for the conference? Log in to secure your spot!
