Accommodation Details
Spectronics has negotiated special rates, listed below at Jupiters Hotel, Gold Coast Queensland (available only to our conference delegates). These rates are valid for occupancy on a single, twin or double basis (per room, per night). All of these rates will be available for 7 days prior to the conference and 7 days after the conference.
The discounted accommodation rates we’ve negotiated with Jupiters are lower than those at the hotels we’ve used in previous years – meaning a saving for our delegates who wish to have the convenience of staying on-site at the conference venue. By using Jupiters accommodation, you also help us to keep future registration fee increases to a minimum. The more rooms booked at the hotel by conference delegates, the less the cost of the venue hire to us, meaning we are effectively able to pass these savings onto you. Accessible accommodation rooms are also available at Jupiters Gold Coast Hotel – there are only four accessible rooms available. Please call Reservations on 1800 074 344 to check availability and to make a booking as these reservations cannot be made online.

Corner Balcony Superior Rooms – $220.00
Same as above – but with a balcony guaranteed.
Executive Rooms – $240.00
Experience the executive treatment and stay in a superbly appointed Executive Room (33sqm) with lounge privileges, ideal for business and pleasure. Check-in: is available from 2pm. Check-out is at 11am. Earlier check-ins and later check outs are subject to availability on the day. Please note that on weekends check-in is rarely available before 2pm.

Triples and children:
Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A charge of $50.00 per night is applicable if a 3rd adult shares a room regardless of whether they use existing bedding or a rollaway. Children 12 years and under using existing bedding are complimentary and breakfast is charged on consumption.
