Switches

 

Ability switches are designed for people with physical disabilities, offering them an alternative means to interact with computers, speech generating devices, appliance controllers and switch adapted, battery powered toys.

A switch interface is required to be able to connect the switches to a computer.

For switch-adapted toys or appliance controllers, switches can be connected to Switch latch and timers, so that the ON/OFF effect can be latched or extended over a period of time.
