Troubleshooting for the DynaVox DV4 and MT4
Strategy 1 …
- Version 1.06 on the Series 4 devices has a built in “How To” feature.
- Select the pull down menu in the title bar and then select How To
- Scroll through the menu that appears, to find information on a range of the most commonly asked questions.

Strategy 2 …
- If you have good access to the Internet, the DynaVox customer help page is your very best resource. In most cases the information you need will be there for you.
- Select the Knowledge Base
- Enter the name of your device and one or two key words describing
the problem. - Scroll down the list of topics to find one that matches your problem.

If this is the first time you have accessed the site they will ask you for the serial number of your device. Once you are logged on you will not be asked for this again.

If you cannot find the information you need, select the Ask Technical Support tab at the top of the page and this will take you to a screen that allows you to type in your problem and send it to Dynavox technical help. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.

Strategy 3 …
Another strategy is to look through the Searchable Help CD-ROM that came with your device.
