Making a Clicker Grid

- Open Clicker 5.
- Choose Create New Grid Set.

- Double click Word Banks.

- Double click Word Banks again.

- Select 3×3.

- Click Create.
- Press the shift key then left click so you see the cursor in the first cell.
- Type the word “Kangaroos.” (Pictures will only appear in cells…)
- Press the tab key to move the cursor to the next cell in the grid.

- Type “have” in the cell. Press tab to move to the next cell.
- Type “a pouch (full stop).” Press tab to move to the next cell.
- Type “Koalas”. Press tab to move to the next cell.
- Type “climb” in the next cell. Press tab to move to the next cell.
- Type “trees (full stop)”. Press tab.
- Type “Frogs”. Press tab.
- Type “swim.” Press tab.
- Type “in water(full stop).” Press Enter.

- Go to File.
- Save Grid Set.
- In the box next to File name: type in Australian animal sentences.

- Click Save.

* Pictures will only appear in cells:
- if there are pictures associated with the word being typed in the Crick Picture library or other active picture library being used, or
- if “Use Instant Pictures in Cells” option has been selected. To select this last option follow these steps:
- Go to File.
- Settings.
- Picture and Sound Libraries.
- Click in the box to place a tick beside “Use Instant Pictures in Cells.”
- Click OK.
- Go to File.
