Apps for Special Education is an active list that will be updated on a regular basis by the team here at Spectronics. As more apps are reviewed they will be added, so make sure to visit this list regularly. As with any of our resources we love getting your feedback - so if you have any comments or suggestions please let us know.

Please note, while we are aware of the many Special Education app lists that exist, we have tried to bring you a review of the features that we are asked about in schools, during training and out on the road. General criteria for inclusion into this list is that the app was specifically designed for use in Special Education or it has been used by us or others effectively with students with diverse learning needs.

The column headings used in The Apps for Special Education List also correlate to many of the app rubrics that are used to determine the effectives of an app in a particular setting or with a particular user. We hope you find this useful when making considered decisions about app selection when using these rubrics.
